We REALLY appreciate Black River Electric! I know not every one was as fortunate as we were (especially Duke Energy customers) but other than a few power glitches here and there, the hurricane day was the only time we've lost power since we moved into our home 5.5 years ago! Losing power for a little less than 10 hours was a minor adjustment compared to half of our town being out of it for days. Much appreciation and gratefulness from our family and thanks to all the crew for your continued hard work!
Fail. Turned my mom 50 feet away. They even came out and looked around. 42 hrs now no power. Fail. ........... reported twice now.
