Recommendedbeen with them for 40 years and have never had a problem they could not handle. have always been polite
open the market so we actually have a choice, they are the most rude most arrogant bunch of people Ive ever dealt with, they act like it kills them to actually help a "member owner"
Extremely rude every time I've interacted with them over the last 10 years, despite my being a perfect customer. Happy to take my money though! Awful and greedy. Just about the worst combination for a business. 👎👎
Always polite and courteous when they come out to re-establish service when it goes out. Always prompt and whenever needed takes our calls seriously and provide great service.

Had a tree fall on power line in our horse pen and they were out here within 20 mins .. after hours as well . Thank you for the fast and friendly device
I have no problems with Black River Electric and when the power goes out they are working quickly and safely to get it back on as soon as possible.
You really need to make it were people can report outages
