Horrible customer services and poor job as far as fixing problems the first time have to pay twice to get the same job fixed
We recently had to replace a sewer line under the foundation of our home. We contacted Black Plumbing to continue a job that was started by a local plumbing company. We used the trenchless line repair and I am 110% pleased with the results. Jay and his crew came out to Big Spring, on a Sunday, to look at the job. They gave me an estimate that day and were back first thing the next day to start the work. They had us up and running by Tuesday afternoon!!! Run around run around, estimate jumped 2000 over night. That hit Thursday night was closing on the house that following morning on Friday. It was my wife's dad's house that had passed and Black Plumbing laid it to them. Met with Darren Black that morning before work was to begin, after looking at it he assured me it wouldn't be over 5k. Well that was biggest shit lie could be told.
A friend of mine posted this watch out who u use!!! San Angelo and Abilene friends: I must say that Darren Black with Black's Plumbing is the most disrespectful person. I have listened to my father speak on the phone to him to get him to make a wrong right only to be berated by this man. My parents are elderly and the plumber that came out caused many problems in other areas of my parents plumbing, and refuses to make it right. He started YELLING at dad over the phone! These guys were the only people willing to come out on a Sunday night in the ice to fix our plumbing backup that flooded our house. The rest is still in progress but I am giving them 4 stars at this point. Very professional, knowledgeable and willing to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
they went above and beyond to get my plumbing issue finished in time for the house closing. they do what they say they are going and they don't give me the run around. i really appreciate all of their help.
Outstanding service. Had two pipes cracked from foundation shift. They told me they would be here at five and showed up at 11am. Technician was outstanding. Fixed everything before 3pm. Can not be more happy with the work and service. I don't see how anyone can give this company a bad review. Work like this cost money to fix and Black Plumbing did all they could to cut cost.
