I do not use them for my home because I have not had plumbing issues, but I do use them for my business often. They always arrive in a timely Manner and conduct themselves in a very respectful and professional way towards my staff, my customers, and myself. You guys are a bunch of frauds! Charge an unreasonable amount for a job and don't even successfully complete the job! Now we have just as much if not more problems! Try to get you guys to come back out and you claim we will now have to pay double because it was after hours! How in the heck does this even sound right!?! Just had to say Thank You to Black Plumbing for the great service I received tonight. I had a clogged sewer line and not only did y'all show up very quickly, but the best part about it was that y'all did not charge for an after hours call. I called several other companies in town and they were gonna charge an after hours fee. On top of that these other companies regular service call would have been more than what you charged. Had an on going sewer problem called and within minutes got a call back and serviced within the hour of the call Clayton came In was very friendly and informative got the job done couldn't of been any more pleased with the great service they provided
I have used Black in the past with good results. My last experiences was enough to ensure I never use them again. I was charged what I believe to be an unreasonable amount and I have more plumbing issues now than before I called them. I was willing to pay someone to perform work I didn't have time to do and now I have to undo what they did and start over.
