Thank you guys so much. I called on a Wednesday night and a plumber called me back and scheduled an appointment immediately. You were supposed to be here by 5:30 pm and you even made it way ahead of schedule. The two guys from Brownwood that fixed my water leak were super nice. I will definitely use you guys again in the future. Thank you so much.
Had Black plumbing come to my home to open a kitchen drain. When they cleared my drain it started leaking,l was told they would have to come back to fix the leak. I then had them fix a toilet. When they returned they fixed one leak but had more. The next day I woke up to water in my kitchen. Called them back they found a worn sink basket and replaced it. Next day more of the same. They did not repair all leaks and the bill just keep going up and they were going to charge me again for service they should have already done.

Response to **** ***** BBB Complaint: Black Plumbing performed work noted by *** ***** on 3-separate occasions. Invoices from May 20, 2016, May 24, 2016 and May 26, 2016. The initial job on May 20th was performed and led into additional work which was scheduled and performed on May 24. The first 2-jobs involved unstopping the kitchen sink drain line and replacing leaking drain pipe located in the wall for the kitchen sink. At the same time we replaced a commode. They are allowing a employee to come into people's homes, who have abused women and put them in the hospital. I wouldn't feel safe having them in my home after learning this. Disgusting.
I do not use them for my home because I have not had plumbing issues, but I do use them for my business often. They always arrive in a timely Manner and conduct themselves in a very respectful and professional way towards my staff, my customers, and myself. Looking forward to doing more business with you guys!
You guys are a bunch of frauds! Charge an unreasonable amount for a job and don't even successfully complete the job! Now we have just as much if not more problems! Try to get you guys to come back out and you claim we will now have to pay double because it was after hours! How in the heck does this even sound right!?!
