Just had to say Thank You to Black Plumbing for the great service I received tonight. I had a clogged sewer line and not only did y'all show up very quickly, but the best part about it was that y'all did not charge for an after hours call. I called several other companies in town and they were gonna charge an after hours fee. On top of that these other companies regular service call would have been more than what you charged. Had an on going sewer problem called and within minutes got a call back and serviced within the hour of the call Clayton came In was very friendly and informative got the job done couldn't of been any more pleased with the great service they provided
I have used Black in the past with good results. My last experiences was enough to ensure I never use them again. I was charged what I believe to be an unreasonable amount and I have more plumbing issues now than before I called them. I was willing to pay someone to perform work I didn't have time to do and now I have to undo what they did and start over.
