yes, they have always done a wonderful job on anything that we have called them to fix, only 1 time did they have to make a second trip to finish the job.
So this company is a joke they do not care about the health or safety of there employees at all there’s a virus going around and even bath and body works has shut down and still paying there employees and there not money hungry yet this company tells them that if they get sick that’s on them they don’t have to pay them like shows how money hungry this company is call another company one that not only values there employees but the public
Chargedv228 for one hour to install our new in the box RO SYSTEM . It’s still not working and plumber terry jus left and never checked to see if it was even working . Well it still not working
Terry spent 30 minutes not fixing our RO SUSTEN THEN 30 minute typing a 230$ bill on his iPad . No parts were usdex then billed us 230$ for 1 hour . Our brand new system is still not working . Will never recommend again . Superior services is way better and more knowledgeable 😡😡😡😡👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
They were undependable, and when they would show up they only made things worse. Big waste of $1200, wouldn’t recommend them.
Thank you Black Plumbing for fixing the mess of an unprofessional local plumbing company I hired. They were working on for 2 weeks. Black Plumbing came in and fixed their mess in an hour, provided me a detailed invoice and emailed me the invoice. I'm soooo grateful and so happy!!!
