The waitstaff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my food.
The food we had didn't have much flavor but it wasn't terrible either it was ok!
Enjoyed a fantastic meal on my birthday with friends. The food and drinks were delicious. Had a lovely ocean view and the best waitress.
Super friendly staff & amazing food! Our server, Kenzie was super helpful! I'm a vegan and was asking so many questions and she informed me that she was also a vegan and hooked me up with a meal she always gets! Made me feel awesome & she was simply the best!!!
A must for anyone visiting the OBX! Good fresh seafood and Killer wood oven pizzas!!
We were there late, I had the coconut pie it was fabulous. The service was great overall. However,one server seemed to rush patrons a little because it was near closing time.
visited the restraunt while on vacation with friends and family, the food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic! oh and the magic show while we waited for our food was cool to watch as well! the gift shop had lots of cute suviouners at a great price! highly recommend the Black Pelican to anyone looking for a nice evening out!
One of the best that is a must visit each trip we make to the Outer Banks! I highly recommend the "Black Pelican" Pizza a wonderful and sensational use of shrimp on a pizza. The wait staff is wonderful and so happy you are there. This year's view included lots of great waves and surfers! And oh my goodness be sure to have the coconut cream pie! The slice is big enough for 2 but you will find yourself fighting over the last bite. We look forward to our next visit!
Delicious food, great atmosphere, great history (formerly Kitty Hawk Lifesaving Station). A huge thank you to our server Yana who took care of our large party of 16! She was sweet and fun, and incredibly patient with all of us!
