Very good food but very slow service. The $5 margaritas were amazing. I had the tuna oscar and it was soooo good. The roasted mixed veggies were delicious. I ordered a side salad without realizing it was $5 😱 Overall it was very good and would definitely come back!
Great location and view of the ocean. Initially was going to have a 45 minute wait for a table, went to upper outside bar and waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful, decided to eat outside and everything from the service to the food was excellent, definitely recommend!
Sat down upstairs! Waited for our waitress. There were at least 4 working. Waited, waited another couple sat next to us. Male waitress went to their table first. You suck!!
Service was great. Food was delicious and we will return often.
The Black Pelican is the only place that I request to go while on the Outer Banks. If I know of anyone who is going to the Outer Banks, this is the one place I recommend they go. Love the Black Pelican Pizza and they have great sweet iced tea! God bless!

Had a great time. Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, fresh seafood and awesome desserts. The crab cakes were great but the shrimp and grits AMAZING (spicy)
