Very nice atmosphere. Jalapeño poppers are yummy and the bacon wrapped scallops are delicious.
The people who work there are always making sure you get the best choice. They know all about the menu and ingredients. Ask for Holland she will make your meal the most enjoyable and tasty. The food was also quick to the table.
Bad food poor service outside of that I liked it.
Sat at the bar. First bartender was unpleasant. The other bartender was attentive and smiled. Skimpy portions.
The food was amazing...this was our second visit. Both were in the off season so almost no wait. My husband ordered the fish special and was brought a different fish dish which he ate and loved. We will be back next year!!
I had the grilled chicken sandwich, tasted like reheated chicken, bleh.
Service was great. Food was lack luster. Nothing special, just so-so. Given the choice, we’ll go elsewhere next time. Sorry Black Pelican, you didn’t make the mark.
This beautiful gem was right across the street from the beach house that me and my family were staying at in Kitty Hawk and if I was able to, I would totally come here again. The food was fantastic! It all was really fresh. I especially loved the crab rangoon appitizers. The service was excellent.
