Every time we hit the OBX we have to hit Black Pelican. Service and food are always on point...we love it!!
This place obviously has a long history on OBX but we were disappointed. The food quality was not good, especially for the price. It didn’t seem fresh at all. We had a great server.
This was my husband and I’s first time here and our service was excellent!!! We had an awesome waitress named Jen and she went above and beyond taking care of our table! Wine was delish along with our dinner! I got fresh tuna and it was cooked perfectly! If we didn’t live 9hrs away we would be eating here often! Looking forward to our next visit!

Defiantly a place to stop! Service and staff was amazing, food was worth the drive and wait, we’re totally coming back again year after year!
First time customer, cant believe I've never been here! Crab cakes were delicious! Very nice atmosphere. ps. Shrimp peeled good, too! :)
