Black Kite Coffee is an independent, locally owned coffee house that specializes in delicious coffees, teas, and savory pies. We make all of our food in house, completely from scratch, and we do our best to fulfill the foodie in all of us. Serving the Old West End and outlying Toledo community since 2012, we seek to revitalize the neighborhood meeting spot, where friends and neighbors can get together and know they will experience our best, every time.

Tasty yummies of all sorts, pretty much everything made in house. Delicious beverages of all sorts as well, close to home for me, and definitely digging the Vibe. If you haven't stopped in you should definitely put it on your do to list!!
I just moved to the neighborhood and was hoping there would be a nice coffee shop near by. To my surprise, Black Kite Coffee is only .3 miles away, I can even walk to it! I tried it out for the first time today. I am super picky and specific about my coffee and I was very happy to say that A) they got my order correct and B) I didn't get the stink eye when began ordering my complicated latte �. I have not been there yet but just from what I've read and seen on social media, I am going to Thoroughly enjoy it when I do!! I love the idea of brunch and the menu items I have read about are making my mouth water!! I will be down soon!!!!
I love everything about Black Kite. The staff is welcoming, they love Toledo, and are awesome with my crew of out of town picky eaters. I can't stop dreaming about the shrimp and grits I had. Pure heaven!
