Black Kite Coffee is an independent, locally owned coffee house that specializes in delicious coffees, teas, and savory pies. We make all of our food in house, completely from scratch, and we do our best to fulfill the foodie in all of us. Serving the Old West End and outlying Toledo community since 2012, we seek to revitalize the neighborhood meeting spot, where friends and neighbors can get together and know they will experience our best, every time.

We had a great brunch experience today -- although it was very busy we were served quickly by polite, fantastic staff. Our food was great, and the chef made it a point to check in on everyone's meals. Wonderful atmosphere and an excellent time.

My husband and I finally tried Black Kite today, as we have been meaning to try it since we moved back to the Toledo area almost 2 years ago. We were not disappointed! The service was wonderful, despite them being busy and the food was delicious. The only downside was that it is a bit pricey for what you get, but this is understandable given that everything they serve is fresh and locally sourced. We will definitely be back!
