Had a conch orbital piercing on Feb 21. I was warned it would hurt, but Carsten did a great job with the entire process. I'm looking to schedule the next piercing this summer, though I haven't quite decided where it's going to be. Amazing vibe in the shop, and I will be returning for a tattoo as well.

Ian killed it on my rick and Morty tattoo. He was very professional given the tattoo was in a risky spot lol it is very appreciated. The vibe of this shop is Amazing and the staff is even better. Needless to same I’ve found my new shop.

Carsten was so professional and really nice!! He was able to take my father n law's signature and turn it into a tattoo for my sister n law!! He also did my nose and my industrial and they look amazing! I have been to a few tattoo shops and the atmosphere at Black Hearts is very relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely will be coming back.

Been there twice and both times had a 10/10 experience. Comfortable couches, located right next to a store, and also great artists .

Loved that Cassie did a fire job on my piece last night! It was a big piece that was sprung quickly, and she did amazing! Looking forward to seeing her again soon ��� the staff overall is awesome. Super chill. Pricing is great too! Thanks so much chica!!

Before I got my most recent tattoos, I looked at other friends' tattoos. The ones that I liked the most were ones that Carston had done. It is great to see things in person that were done by someone. I have gone to him for all of my recent tattoos and I'm thrilled with the results each time. He also did my most recent piercings. I am looking forward to going back :D The shop is clean, friendly, and relaxed too. :)
