—The stencil looked great but after making an appointment I sat there for over an hour waiting. People were going in and getting their piercings done while I continued to wait. After an hour and a half I left. Well it was a 3 but now it is a 1 star! I received bad customer service and then they send some BS to my house through the mail! I know it was them because they were talking about doing it to customers while I waited.
Business response:
A lil over a hour to do the tattoo yes. Plus paperwork, set up, and 10-15 mins for a stencil to dry. Sorry it took to long. It happens sometimes. Like I said I hope ya find somewhere to get ya taken care of.
They have always done great piercings and tattoos for myself and daughter, in fact Ian did great tattoos for us today!!!!
Recently relocated to Huntsville from EKY, and have been searching for a new place for my piercings/tattoos. Really impressed with these guys. Super friendly staff, clean setting and my piercing looks dope. Will definitely be back!
Ian did an amazing job on my tattoo the other day!! Very pleased and I will definitely be going back to him for my next one.
Carsten is absolutely incredible. I love his humor, it definitely helps calm the nerves before a piercing. He's done my nipples and now my 8 year old daughter's ears and we both had wonderful experiences. Everyone in the shop is so sweet and friendly.
Awesome work and a clean shop. Cool things to look at while you wait. �
