I called last night to make an appointment to have a piercing today at 530. Was told by the young lady that would be fine. I called just now to confirm as I am about to be off work and am only 10 minutes away. "No. He's already left for the day. Would you like to come tomorrow?". Ummm. No thanks. I'll find someone a little more reliable. That was pretty shitty.

I’m sorry that happened. That was a miscommunication on our end because Tuesday’s Carsten works a half day. I was goin to knock $10 off for me not being there. Hope ya find someone to get ya taken care of.
Carsten was super patient with my seven-year-old daughter who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. It took a while for her to gain her composure. He was very nice and friendly, and once she was ready, it went super quick with no issues. He even gave her an Eleven (Stranger Things) plushie for being so brave. Thank you again! We recommend!
