Brought my 15 year old in to get his earlobe pierced in April. Carsten was awesome and so professional. Very pleased with everyone and Carsten in particular. Answered all questions he had and offered advice on what jewelry to look for next. Would recommend Black Hearts to everyone!
Ian and Carsten are professional, friendly and very talented. The tattooers have impressive use of many styles of tattoos complex to very simple. Ian's line work is the best I've seen in a long time! He did an amazing piece on my leg!

Just got a second piece done by Carsten as well as set an appointment to have more work done. The guys were really friendly as I had expected and it was as always a great experience. Can't wait to get the next piece done.
