Black Hat was installed today. Our Tech Zach(Zac? Zack?) was super professional and very hard working. He installed our system and made sure everything was working and understood before he left. Every other company seems to rush through jobs since they get paid per install. Choosing Black Hat was hard. One of my biggest clients is Vivint, I wear their hats and shirts, and not picking them seemed wrong. But after today I am very glad I chose Black Hat. Great service from start to finish. Cameron was able to get me set up with the right system, Courtney helped get the installation scheduled and Landon was absolutely amazing at the install. My husband and I looked at several security companies and decided that Blackhat was the best option! When our tech came out he was so kind and genuinely concerned about meeting our needs given our house layout. He was so patient with teaching us how to use the equipment and the system on our phones.
