Received an awesome installation today from Black Hat Security. Landon was amazing completed the install and stayed around until i was comfortable. He made sure all details were covered, all training was covered, couldn't ask for better service and the price was even better.

Had a wonderful experience with Mike from Black Hat Security while activating my service. We had trouble setting up the two-way calling on my panel, and he made 2 trips to my house on consecutive nights to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Everything is good to go! I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

BHS was fantastic! An initial consultation and service review was provided on a Friday afternoon, schedulers called on Monday and technician was scheduled for Wednesday. Mike spend 10+ hours ensuring our home was fully equipped and was incredibly thoughtful in his explanation of the equipment. Highly recommended!

Mike from Black Hat Security just finished installing my new wireless doorbell that was included with my service for free! Mike was very professional and took the time to explain how everything regarding my new system will work. He took the time to set up all my apps on my phone for me and explained how I can pair everything with my Amazon Echo. I use Black Hat for my home and business and they have great customer service and are very prompt on their appointment times.
We LOVE Blackhat!! We had a state of the art alarm system put in and it was such an easy process. I’m a busy mom with 5 kids and don’t have a lot of time to wait for a service technician, Blackhat text me and arrived when they said they would. We had one sensor go bad and Mike came out right away and fixed the problem so fast. He is so efficient and kind and courteous. Seriously I don’t have enough good things to say about this company. I feel a lot more safe with this system.
