My wife got the referral from John Jay and Rich. Best decision ever. Customer service Destiny and Courtney were awesome both times I called in for pricing and scheduling. Mike came on time and was very orofessional and installed quickly. Gave easy instructions on the system. Just did a fantastic job.

Zach, my technician did an awesome job explaining how everything works, walked my kids and I installing and navigating the app on our devices and the panel. Had window time of 4:30-6:30, was ready to show up 10 minutes before 4:30, very professional, and appreciate the promptness, after all was installed, it was like nobody was here. Definitely a good experience.
I just got my Black Hat Security installed at my New house, security door keyless pad, idoor bell, Nest thermostat, garage programming! BIG shout out to Landon the technician did such an amazing job installing!!!! The Install was very CLEAN, installed Perfectly!!!! He explained step by step how to operate and to work the security system. I'm SO EXCITED AND CAN'T wait to use it!! ESPECIALLY when I leave the house and second guessing myself if the garage is SHUT! :-)
