I can't say enough good things about Black Hat Security!! I checked them out because of the commercials on Johnjay & Rich, but they really are THE BEST!!!! We just put new system installed with door bell camera on Friday! I must say that our tech , Landon, was on time, very friendly and efficient. He was very Thorough with teaching us how to use the system and we pay less than our last system with way more options! We will be referring our friends who are looking to switch over. Black Hat security exceed our expectations. My husband and I have been looking for a security company after having a horrible experience with a previous one & to top it off ADT just brushed us off and not assisted us with anything. I am as of noon today the newest customer of Black Hat. My installation went very smoothly and i a just love all the new wirless features. the system so far is working great. The office, Sales, and Installation staff all are very professional and caring people. I have confidence that the new Black Hat system will be much better thatn my old hard wired system. i Love the fact the system has a cellular interface and ergo i do not have to have extra home phone which could have benn easily circumvented by theives. Landon came out to install our new system! We love our indoor cameras and the doorbell camera. Landon sat down and made sure we understood the security system and App. ADT would not match Blackhat Security after being with them for years. Thanks for the new system and we love Green Mango too! P.S. If we could afford to buy a pool, we would also use PINEAPPLE POOLS!!!
