Mike from Black Hat was super patient with us as we were learning how to use our new security system. He was able to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with how to operate everything. Black Hat has been great to work with and the options provided have been fantastic.
Our system was installed today by Mike - & I am SO pleased with his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism! His customer service was wonderful! My husband and I have been pleased with this company since the time we first called them for information. Everyone has been so pleasant. Our service is affordable, and I feel secured in our home and for our child. Thank you very much. We will be referring to our loved ones as well.
I would definitely recommend Black Hat Security to my family and friends. The quality on the cameras are amazing and it has so many features that other security systems don’t. We received wonderful service with very detailed explanation on how the security system works. We are loving it so far and it makes me feel safe at home.

I just had Black Hat come out today to set up a complete system for my house. The technician was amazing at explaining the process and walking me through everything. I would highly recommend them and was very pleased with their work, quality of equipment and service!
