I am really impressed with how these guys operate. Their customer service was top notch, friendly, and quick to provide answers. Their home service guy Zack was super friendly, informative, and made quick work of the install. And their prices cant be beat. I added 3 cameras, a touch screen home system and an easier to use app, and am paying less than the competitors were charging me. I loved how quick it was to get set up and going. The had a tech out the next day and I am all set. Well done!!

Jorge the installer came out to my home and got everything set up quickly. He was able to replace a old camera with no issues, then walked me through set up and how to use the mobile app, would recommend to anyone.
Today we installed the smoke detector and an outdoor camera! Whenever we get anything done by Black Hat we are always ALWAYS satisfied! Great work and always done fast and so accurate! So excited to have these two new features in our home!! Thanks J.D. for all your help!!
