Literally the best restaurant we have eaten at in the last 5 years! If you have some time you should drive down and try it!! Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked with local ingredients! Even the kids loved it!
The steak was excellent. Service was wonderful and had a nice atmosphere. Also, a good selection of local micro brews.
Great atmosphere, I had the Gouda chicken and it was very flavorful. The carrot cake is worth a try too!
Nice patio. Never did get our appetizer and my husband’s steak wasn’t hot.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is always delicious & I love that they feature local ingredients on the menu. The waitstaff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide great service.
Last evening we had the patio privilege of eating al fresco to the refreshing sounds of the Big Band/Jazz ensemble NAJE. They provided an array of standard tunes mixed with some unique, almost quirky, fun numbers. They added a pleasing variety of talented improve soloists to provide us with a well-rounded evening of joy. What a perfect setting to enjoy a fine repast and a fine ensemble. Let us know when they are booked to perform again! We'll be back.
I wish I could remember the waitress name, she made my first experience great. Everything else I could have gotten elsewhere. Norfolk needs more waitresses like her. I flipped her sh*t and joked with her and she gave it right back. Meal $8.00 for lunch & I tipped her $10 because she was awesome.
The food and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.
Great burger and wonderful hospitality. Well worth going out of the way for on our trip. We will be back!
