I only gave a two because the food was good and the greeter was nice. The server never came back to refill any drinks, I had to ask someone else for more tea. If it were up to me, she would not have gotten a tip. I'm also pleased that the toilet stench in the front has been taken care of. Better places to eat in Bakersfield, by far!! Only reason to eat here is if you're staying across the street.
After a long day in the car we were weary from hunger and was not disappointed. The sirloin steak was to die for well cooked and hit the right spot, we enjoyed it so much we are back again for seconds tonight nom nom
Always love going to Angus's when we are down in Bakersfield for any event, one of most comfortable places to eat is in the bar area. Yesterdays dinner was very good with hubby before the Cooper's Concert. I had the steakhouse burger and it was sooooo good. You know the kind of good you enjoyed that you think about it for days after. Our waitress was spot on and never wavierd in her service amd she was ready to laugh at a killer joke or two. We had a great Fathers Day lunch. Wonderful food. Everyone loved lunch.
Their steaks are always great. The service is excellent and never had to ask for seconds on drinks. They also have an excellent e-mail program.
