Love a restaurant that just keeps improving, instead of going downhill. The food is absolutely delicious & the employees bend over backwards to make sure you have a great dining experience.
Bad cut of ribeye, green beans were mushy and baked potato was cold and hard.

Not happy at all. Yesterday we went in for lunch. It took forever to order. All of our food came out at different times even though we had said we wanted to eat together .. We were not checked on. Our drinks were empty. We waited about 5 min before someone asked if we wanted a box which was OK...but then waited another 20 and the box and ticket had no come. We got up and asked for the box and ticket again .. Then FINALLY they brought it over .. Seriously the WORST SERVICE EVER.. The food is good but the service sucks!
Every single thing about my visit was great. Our server had a wonderful attitude and seemed to love her job. She was very helpful and friendly. Our order came out with no mistakes.
Service was excellent, Tri-tip was tasty, tender and just as I ordered-medium rare. Green beans were also very good. However, the mashed potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the butter, and the butter was already soft. Unfortunately they did not serve gravy for the potatoes. Over all 3.5 stars.
Hubby and I have been there twice for the 2 special. The ribeyes are to die for! My main complaint is when I get dressed up for date night, the last thing I want to do is wear a parka for dinner. Complained about the freezing temp twice with no change. I'm paying good money and want to enjoy my time. As good as the food has been not worth the icecicles!
The service at Black Angus was terrible. Some waitresses stare at you in an uncomfortable manner for no reason at all. The manager also did not do anything about it; I can tell you that he was not educated and took the side of the waitresses. I also asked for the number of his supervisor and when I called the same manager picked up and he did not want to pass it to the supervisor because he knew it was me. WILL NOT be returning.
