Service was well under par, ordered a drink she forgot to get it ordered, didn't ask me how I like my steak, and if we were lucky we would see her once in a blue moon. I think she was new. We should have taken the advice from the customer who left and followed suit. By the way their steak was so over cooked it tasted like cardboard. I never use steak sauce and tonight I did.
Love Black Angus, has their Salmon for lunch, delicious!
We had a really bad experience with our waiter. When i did the reservation (15) people. I asked for separate checks. But when our billed came it was just one entire bill. We asked him to separate the checks and he said that that woukd be too difficult for him to do because he didn't know what each of us orderd. He ended up divided all the checks it took him about an hour to get our checks back and when he dis gave it to us they were wrong. It took h another 30 min to make them right. Had a party of 19 on Saturday in Santa Ana. I was afraid our service would be slow but the waiter was friendly, and super good. They did foget a meal but made up for it in the end. Definitely would do it again! Food is very good for the price but I alway ask for my steak rare, so I can get it medium rare, otherwise I will get it over cooked.
They were very busy but still got us seated in a timely manner with the reservation we had made. We has the campfire feast for two and our son wanted a bacon cheeseburger. My wife had top sirloin and I had New York strip steak as our choices. Both steaks came out somewhat medium which wasn't exactly as we ordered but were good and tasty.
