I was very disappointed in the customer service my waitress took too long not only that my soup potato soup came out very very cold not only one time two times came out cd what was warm was the bows seem like the chef warm up the bowls and put the cold potato soup inside overall I give it a two and that's it I don't will never go back to that Black Angus on Tustin again

The service is slow,and your food never come in time, The waiter does not ask if you anything els, like refills or water,
We made reservations to be seated in Mia's section because we had a great time with her as our server, very knowledgeable , helpful , always filling our drinks, checking in on us, we had some great little talks with her, she made our night out better ,, thank you Mia for making our experience at Black Angus another great one, we will ask for you again !! Oh and one other thing the food was great for all of us !!!
A lovely time with 12 ladies from our church. Waitress was thorough and helpful. The staff checked up on us and were very friendly.
