We have had several minor repairs (tail gate latch replaced, dents removed, etc) done at this business, and will use them any time we need repairs. Everyone was cheerful and made us feel as if we were the most important customer, despite the small jobs. Glenn was especially professional and helpful.

Working with Prices was a complete nightmare. They had my car for two and a half weeks. They never gave me an estimate but stated that they were waiting on insurance to get back to them. Insurance sent me and Prices the detailed estimate regarding what they were going to cover (which was not all of the damages due to a previous incident). Took my 2016 Honda Accord in for front end repair(hood,rt front headlilight) they said no problem, one week. After 12 days they called and said it was ready, went to pick up and found the paint wasn't correct, it had a different color to the rest of the car. The owner said it was PERFECT, I disagreed. The insurance sent out two adjusters to look at it and both said it wasn't right and I had to take it to another paint shop to get it corrected. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE! I had an accident where I was slightly rear ended..only a scratch and a dent. They told me that it would only be a week to fix the issue...ok. After a week, I received a call that the damage was more extensive than they'd thought so they needed to order more parts...ok.
