Got my car there 3/7/18 with a targeted date of 3/23 to be completed. Date gets pushed back, every time I call for a status, I get told that the date gets pushed back again “it’s going In to paint now” but for an entire week? Then I get told that my new doors come in damaged, and I have to wait for new ones to come in. They’re BOTH damaged? And I had to call for these updates by the way, no one here reaches out to you. I terribly regret allowing this shop to repair my car. Avoid any recommendations to this location.
ad a accident and insurance recommended them ...after a year paint is chipping off the front of my Cadillac ...the hood was replaced and the paint is dull and rough to the touch( like real grainy)... I guess they didn't want to use clear coat on any of it (probably why paints chipping off) so its super dull and looks awful ..So now I have moved to Ohio and am going to have to take it to be redone and pay for it so That's not cool and not happy about That!

This place definitely deserves a 5 star review! From my very first contact to them handing back my key back, they were professional, FRIENDLY, and thorough. My car looked spectacular inside and out. I was AMAZED how quick they were. I was paying for a rental so BONUS! Outstanding communication every step along the way! I opted for text message updates ~ love that option! Shout out to RYAN! Thanks Abra Rogers! Fantastic job. If I ever have the need or know of anyone that does, you have got my referral!
First let me say, if I could give ABRA-Suwanee a zero star review, I would. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I had an appointment set up for 2:00pm, and arrived a few minutes early. Not only was I not seen until 2:30, but the estimator, Stuart, acted as though it was an inconvenience to come out and meet with me. ABC Body Shop has been serving the Verde Valley for over 35 years. Their customer service is second to none. It is the only place I would ever take my car for auto body repair! The phone number listed is not correct. Their number is 928-634-6442. It has been the same since 1981 but Yellow Pages won't fix it for some reason.
Customer service is the best around. Their quality and care of my vehicle also is the best I have experienced.
