Excellent customer service and quality! Been operating in the Verde Valley longer than any other shop.
They did a great job on my Lexus. I was treated professionally, and the quality of their work was much better than the shops in Sedona. I will always go back to them in the future for my auto body repairs.
This is a USAA certified shop. Quick turnaround. My daughtet's car was in and out during a very stressful hectic time in the area due to hurricane harvey. Logistical lines were disrupted but tgge team at Caliber Collision performed superbly. Bryan and Nicole are superstar professionals. The intake process was quick and efficient. Car was so clean when we picked it up our family decided to eat Sunday dinner in it! The most holy of meals!
I can't say they started out bad, everyone in there was nice. I took my car in 25 days ago after being in an accident, the motor & inside was perfect! car was perfect condition just under body was ripped to hell. Engine had only 13k miles bought new 11 months ago. My front tire in the colision blew, my wheel got ruined the front bumper was tore up a little, and under body got some damage. I was looking for a cheap small job done on a 16 yr olds car. These guys couldn't get to I immediately BUT!, the helped me find the part and someone that could do the job today. Two other body shops in this town literally said I don't have time and hung up on me. Everest took the time to help me which only took about three minutes but that three minutes gained them a customer for life!! CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that most people have forgotten about. I left a part at this painter 8 years ago, when they were "B-Line" The staff kept my part in hopes of me returning when I realized it was missing (15 year restoration project). They had my part, repaired, and repainted. Justin Bliss was great. He will get my 1997 Dodge to repaint.
We leave this feedback JUST to warn others not to get frustrated with ABC body shop. We don’t recommend ABC body shop to ANYONE after working unfortunately several times with them. Even though we asked kindly from them to shorten the repair time, they insisted not to change their unfair attitude. We called other Body Shops and found out that those repairs could be done within 1/3 of time.
