The food is delicious, terrific service, friendly atmosphere, and the price is just right!!
This was the second time we set the bar to eat and both times the service is terrible and unless you want to order a drink then they were right on top of it will be going to Firerock lot better service at the bar
I'm a disabled veteran. I love BJ's food! I spent over $1,000.00 in the past year at the Centennial Las Vegas location. At the locations I have visited in Nevada, the restaurants put one and a half strips of grilled chicken on their main entrees. If they put a whole breast of chicken on their main entrees, I wouldn't have to ask for any additional. On March 4, Frank, the Manager, told me I needed to pay for extra chicken on my Santa Fe salad. We had the pleasure of dinning at Bj's for my 1st time. A great place, excellent service, every member of the staff were all team player's helping each other out! The food was great and the desert was amazing, the strawberries were real fresh, not frozen!!!! As were finishing our desert which 1 came to our table late due to the people behind us claiming it was their's which we let that go, not their waitresses fault at all, (those people were a bunch of picky complaining folks to start with) We then had to listen to the wife... read more
The food would have been great if it wasn’t cold . They need more waiters and waitresses so they can keep up with their tables better. Cold food and empty cups.
The Twisted BLT salad was seriously great, and the Double Bone-In Pork Chop was the best I’ve ever had any where
Went for a casual birthday lunch with friend. There was 7 adults 2 children in our party . It took an hour to get seated. The waitress was rude through the whole meal. Everyone was pleased with the food even though the service was bad. While paying our check some of our party used the restroom only to find NO SOAP in either restroom . HOW DOES THE STAFF WASH THEIR HANDS?? I'll not go back.
Oh my, service was awful, spinach dip was brought out cold, no refills during dinner. Not a good experience.
