Had a bad experience at another restaurant, so before I threw a complete fit we left and went to BJ’s. I was Hangry! Robert B turned my night around with the service and the food was delicious! I will go back to BJ’s again and I will request Robert!
Tonight was no bueno. We had to ask for a waiter after 10 minutes after being seated. No “hello, I will be right with you. Would you like water”. There waiters were thin so, ok. But then the chicken tortilla soup was soooooo salty. I had a spoonful of pure salt. No lie. No One could have consumed it. Come on. They need to be more consistent. Sometime they are on and sometime they are ridiculously off. Tonight was Wah wah!

Let me start by saying we have loved every BJ's we've visited until we started going to the in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas, Nevada. First time wasn't bad, but the staff wasn't nearly as friendly as other locations. Curbside Pickup is always a joke, 30+ minutes past the time the site tells you when you check out almost always. Last time we ordered a pizookie there was no ice cream given. This time I'm not sure what the deal was with the cook. Had these in Reno before, today in Vegas. (Centennial) These #RootBeer wings have been on my mind for a while. With a glaze of root beer tossed on some wings, these hit the spot. Another of my favorites here is the #ChipotleCherry. Little spice with a sweet, sweet cherry taste. Both are incredible. They have many others which I will get to soon. Just left after I was told every TV would be on the basketball game. Lost my business for a few hours I would have been there based on that. I would understand that if your place wasn't currently 85% empty and no one was watching anyway.
I loved my sparkling raspberry lemonade! Food was great as well!
