Used to love dining in and takeout orders but the quality has declined recently. Pizzas aren’t cooked well & paid for extra ingredients added to the pizza & didn’t seem like they were added. Ordered chicken tortilla soup bowls & they were more like cups & no tortilla chips added. Very disappointed with this last order. 😪

Mismanagement!! Disgusting!!! 1830 Hours I placed my order on line. I then Drove from my brand new home in Providence to this BJs Restaurant. I observed a not so fully trained cashier at The take out window by the fact that she did not know how to look for my name. In the lobby sat a door dasher who had been having problems with this restaurant all night long. I waited until 730 .
