We come to this place for a cheat meal once in a while and we love it ��
I don't even know where to begin, other than horrible experience for my husbands birthday. Waitress seemed more concerned about giving us the check throughout the meal and the manager refused to come to the table and talk to me. Instead he had the waitress hand me a free pizookie coupon... speechless.
Good food service sucked.. waitress was nice but scatter brained and took forever to refill or bring us check
The service wasn't that good, and there were crumbs still on the table. We asked to be seated some where else and they said no so we dealt with it but I would never go to this location again.
Great food, crowded but not too loud. Could hold nice conversation. Service was great.

There needs to be security in this parking lot. Two of my car windows were shattered last night by someone while I was dining. The manager claims the video cameras do not record the parking lot. I'm not just mad about the $500 damage on my vehicle, but feel BJs is part of the problem. I was refused a reservation for my party of 8 because it was too busy. We ended up waiting 40 minutes because of this, which made it after 10:00 by the time we got out to our car. I'm fairly certain this was when the incident happened, as it wa... read more
