Took forever to get food, when we finally received it . It was all cold over cooked
Love this place and the stylish way it looks! One of my favorite restaurants! Food was great and so was service. It was AHS graduation and very busy but no delays on service or food!

Horrible food we had the ribs, no napkins to wipe your hands! The cauliflower he suggested was horrible that was 5.00 could not eat it! Very bad service Nothing was good will not go back if they paid me. Only went because I had a gift card.... Very disappointed!!!!!!
I was in Texas to see family. We decided to eat here. They messed up several orders we ended up being there for 2 hours. The waiter forgot about us and we went pretty much the entire meal without drinks. When I asked for a manager it took 30 minutes and the waiter rudely handed me my card when they comped our meal. It was the worst experience I've had at a Bjs before.
Terriable service and nothing was right. Talked to the manager and they didn't seemed surprised. Cold food, nothing to drink, missed another reservation because it took 2 1/2 hours for food we couldn't eat!
Thank you BJs for being part of my daughter 13th Birthday celebration yesterday. Your staff was amazing and the food was wonderful as usual.
Waiter wasn't good! Had empty drinks majority of the meal. Appetizer came righy before the meal was served. Quantity and quality of food wasn't worth the price /:
Sorry to say this place has really gone down hill. Service and Food were slow. The rest room was so filthy Hunter told us he wanted to wait until we got home. Too bad, this used to be one of our favs.
