I love BJ'S, never had a bad experience with them in the past. However last night my family and I ordered food to go. After getting home and sitting down to eat dinner together my Mother found a large piece of glass in her pizza which cut her mouth. I called to speak to the Mgr on duty and he apologized but told me there was nothing he could do but give us a free pizza and I needed to contact corporate. I feel like there was a lot more that could be done, and thats coming from someone whos been a retail Mgr for years!
Fish and chips were unseasoned and tasteless. Spaghetti had way too many red pepper flakes and I like spicy. Dessert cookie came out raw and had to go back. Roasted beets were very tasty but a micro sized portion. Prices are way too high for food of this quality. And we had to stop random servers as they walked by to get drink refills.
Last week at the Allen, TX location, my son and I had a yummy lunch the BEST service from such a friendly and attentive server named "Dom" (Dominic). We just couldn't say enough! We're going back today and hope to see "Dom" again!
We love to go to BJs bc they give us enough food to share for two and the food is very tasty. We also like the mini pizookies to share. That helps me control my diabetes. This was my husband’s 70th birthday � dinner and this was his restaurant of choice.
Always received the best service and food as well. One of our favorite places to go eat.
Food and service were good. However, there was no wow factor to make it really great.
