Went yesterday afternoon for lunch.. The good itself was good but the service was horrible. Our waitress tossed the paper coaster towards me. Messed up my grandmother's order. Charged us full price for our pizza that was during happy hour. Still tipped reasonably well but will never go back
Always love BJs..always 5 star. My reward card is almost worn out..lol
Was referred for dessert while eating at another restaurant. The Pizookie trio was the bomb�tnc.
Four out of five visits the service was excellent but you really only remember the bad ones.Last visit service definitely not up to standard, 10 minutes til my server arrived ( luckily another server was nice enough to notice and took my drink order ) when he finally arrived I got no apology for his lateness, took my food order but someone else delivered it. He came by once more and then had a helper finish. Wish I could have given her the tip. He didn't get as much as I usually leave.
Très bon restaurant et très bon accueil
Our server was excellent! I came with a girlfriend & her 15 month old son. Our server came by frequently to entertain Dalton. Our food came out quickly. It was a great experience.
I would leave no stars if I could. From the hostes to wait staff to Managment - horrible service and no employees seemed to even care. Will never go back to this location.
Horrible service. Party of 9. We're told by the hostess it would be 30 minutes - Waited over an hour and only got seated after multiple requests (yet we watched table after table be seated ahead of us). Once seated we waited another 15 minutes and no one spoke to us. Plenty servers passed right by us and never approached our table. Noticed multiple other servers standing around talking and doing nothing. As we were walking out passed the manager and he literally did not care. Used to love it there. Won't be back.
It was very good. Short wait for table. Service was fine.
