We always have an awesome experience at BJ's. Food is always tasty and service amazing :)

Food is good, but expect an hour wait. Took another 30 minutes to pay our tab.
So grateful for Kevin and his team at BJ's. My wife and I always have a great time when we come here for dinner with our son. It's like our go-to spot to eat out. This last week we had a very uncharacteristic experience that wasn't at all like the service that we have enjoyed on countless other occasions. Leaving us feeling kind of sad. tonight was one of the worse experiences we have ever had in our lives, our server scott was rude, didn't want to get our things we asked for, we had to ask another server for silverware, glasses of beverages ran out 3 times, all he was worried about was watching the game on TV, we asked to speak to the manager just to let him know how our service was, then when we got up to go the server followed us outside being a lil smartass. and yes still left him a tip for his crappy service, so be warned if you go in and some lil punk... read more
We used to really like this place, tonight we were served two meals tat were so over spiced we couldn't eat them. One was my daughter's steak. My wife and I both tried it and the best way to describe it was blackened and way over spiced. The second was my jambalaya I can;t even describe how over spiced it was. The waiter told us there had been other issues as well so but wasn't just us. They did make my daughter a second steak, that we were charged for but still charged us full price for the Jambalaya I couldn;t eat even 1/4... read more
