...there is not better service, food, atmosphere and beer than this restaurant, anywhere I travel I always visit them and I always leave happy...
Great service wish they had one in Kenner the food was delicious.
We normally have great service at this location but today we waited 35 min after ordering and still had not received our appetizer. Other tables that ordered after the TWO of us, had received their appetizer and entrées. When we asked our waitress Taylor about our appetizer she told us with LOTS of attitude that there were problems in the kitchen. We stupidly continued to wait for another 10 min and then got up and requested a manager. When he finally appeared he said the computer had went down. Did she bother to tell us or ... read more
Great service....wide variety of foods on the menu. Good place to watch sports too.
Always have a great experience at BJ's ! Great variety of food and excellent service. We drive an hour to eat there, we wouldn't do that if it wasn't fantastic!
Worst place ever, wish I could put no starts, waited over an hour for our food last night! Definitely will never be going back. I even asked out waitress why it was taking so long and she flat out told me, "a couple of our best cooks quit, and now they don't have any employees that know what they are doing". This made me mad. Finally when our food comes, my kids food is cold by this point, like they made their food first and let it sit until ours was ready. No apologies or anything.
It was salty and the chicken and mashed potatoes where a little dry. The waiter was a nice person tho.
Worst experience ive had at this restaurant. Have always had good service. We waited an hour for our food because they gave our order to another table. I had to stop the manager and tell her (of course she alreasy knew) but they didnt bother to let us know that due to their error we would have to wait another 25 minutes. Very disappointed when the bill came...
BJ'so has delicious food that comes out in a timely manner. If you want good service, with good food please visit this restaurant you won't be disappointed. �����
