I don't want to give the new Nucoa Buttery spread a 1 star - it is really bad - bring back the earlier version - since Nucoa is one of the only lactose free margarine. People who rely on it are upset with the change.
The "new" Nucoa margarine is absolutely gross! My family has used Nucoa for as long as I can remember with great results. The new formula leaves more than a little to be desired. Why mess with perfection? Healthier?? I doubt it. Please, please bring back the previous formula. -- and the previous packaging! The sticks are hard to unwrap and measure properly. I "accidentally" got a package of your Buttery Sticks and made the topping for my apple crisp. I threw it away it was so gross!! I don't know who made the decision to change your original Nucoa Margerine but it was a very bad decision! I have looked for the regular Nucoa Margerine in every grocery store in my area and can't find it. I will not be using Nucoa until you bring back the original product!
The new Nucoa is awful. I will no loner purchase it. My family has used Nucoa over 20 years but not anymore as of today. Why won't it melt on toast or in dishes I cook anymore? I will go back to using real butter as of today because Nucoa is just awful now. we used to buy four packs at a time before the change then after it was two then one now none.The New Nucoa is AWFUL!!!!

If there was a minus-star rating, that is what I would giove the new formula for Nucoa. It does not melt, taste, or "act" like the Nucoa we have been loyal to for 30 plus years. PLEASE bring back the olf formula.
It seems that you changed from margarine to buttery sticks, I'm guessing that you changed the product ingredients, I could be wrong but it does not act or taste the same to me. This tastes like the same tasteless spread that everyone else sells. If this is a new product and not a replacement please try to get stores in the L.A. area to sell both and not just the new tasteless one. I've eaten Nucoa most of my life and really hate to have to find something new. Crappy on toast!
This stuff tastes awful! Please bring back the margarine. I've had to throw what I purchased away because the taste is so bad. I've been buying Nucoa margarine for years, it is an excellent product. Bring it back!
This stuff is terrible! I have personally been using Nucoa for 42 years for my baking, toast, and sauteing my veggies for stuffing, or other purposes. This new stuff does not behave the same, does not have the same consistency, does not melt the same so it is basically terrible. PLEASE bring back the old Nucoa !!
