We live in Reno. Bought our Montana at the Idaho falls store. Had some warranty work to be done and Twin Falls is closer. The smaller of the Bish's stores but they, specifically Brandon, bent over backwards to get things done since they know we full-time. I love this company. Very responsive to customer needs both during and after the sale! By the way.. their prices kicked everyone's behind across the US. If we are ever in the market again, we will see them first!
The service department at Bish's RV is excellent!!!!! I recently needed the main electrical cord replaced in my rv. Kahn, my service rep, knew I wanted to camp that weekend and had my unit ready to go the next day. It works great and I appreciate the fast, efficient service the department gave. Shout out to Carson, the service tech as well. I have purchased 3 rvs from Bish's and have had nothing but excellent experiences all three times. I highly recommend their dealership.
I can't believe after $8500 I still have the problem we came in with. I was given the run around by each manager, and after they had my motorhome for 3 months we still have the same issue with the rubber on the slide. Go somewhere else for sure. They ripped out the plumbing under the sink and I was told oh well....
My husband and I had a stellar experience purchasing our TT at Bish's RV of Twin Falls - from the Sales Team (special shout out to Matt Morris), John Luna, from the Technical/Service Department - who we can't thank enough, to the Retail Shop employees. This business bent over backwards to take care of us. We were on our way to the Grand Tetons where we planned to dry camp when the water pump in our new 5th wheel went out. We showed up when the shop opened and told them our tale of woe. Kahn, a service advisor, said the service department was booked solid but he'd try to work us in.
