I purchased my first full size trailer 2 years ago after looking for several years at several places. I found the entire staff to be friendly, honest and not pushy. I love the extra benefits I receive, like free winterization and on site storage for a minimal fee. Although the entire staff from sales to parts to service has been great, one individual has risen above the rest with his customer service, Kahn!
