Bish's RV started in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1991 by the Jenkins Family. We had no intention of evolving into the largest RV Dealer in Idaho, but it happened! Over 25 years later and 4 stores to serve our loyal customers in, Bish's RV has grown beyond our wildest dreams. Yet the same humble ideals are stressed, so that no matter where you live, no matter where you camp, no matter which highway you may travel, you are an important part of the Bishs' RV Family of satisfied customers, and this is "Where Memories Begin."

I bought new trailer at the April show in idaho falls. Told them I didn't want the show floor model. Well I ended up with the show floor model. 110 volt outlet hanging out in the kids bunk area. Aluminum shavings under the floor poking through the lenolium. Awning that won't stay up cabinet doors that were about to fall off....... so I was basically sold a used trailer at new prices. They said they would make it right but after 3 months waiting on my part and one trip back to the service department I'm still waiting for them... read more

Sad! Bishs didn't honor their pricing guarantee to meet and beat by $500 on a comparable unit. They had me do all of the legwork to prove pricing and then stated that they didn't have to honor it if they didn't want to. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR STATEMENT AS IT SIMPLY IS not TRUE! (I have proof if you care to see it.) We stayed in town several extra days working on this. Chuck and I bought a new 2017 Rubicon Toyhauler from Chad Leckington this past weekend and I just want to say it was a joy working with him. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly listened to what we wanted. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. It was a very enjoyable experience. Our experience with Bish's rv has been excellent thanks to our salesman Shaun Ellsworth and there service department. We bought a used camper and we were having some issues with our electrical only later to find out it was a bad converter. Shaun and the service department knowing we were trying to get out camping for the holiday weekend did a one day turn around on the repairs and now everything is working great, plus Shaun personally delivered our camper to our house I mean who does that. I've just got to send a shout out to Anthony and Derrek for the excellent customer service they provided to us today! I spent so much time trying to figure out why my slides wouldn't go in and I checked all the fuses, looked up YouTube videos, and even tried yelling at it. One call to Bish's is where I should have started. They came out to my home and had it figured out, and repaired within 20 minutes. They are number one in customer service and we will always buy our trailers at Bish's RV!
I just bought a new Jayco from Bish's and we couldn't be happier. We bought it here because of the service we received from Mike Vecchio, Mike Baker, and Conn in the past. First trip up and we had a small water leak. Mike Vecchio drove up to Palisades and fixed it ON MOTHERS DAY! After the repair, him and his wife barbecued with our family. It's hard to find that kind of service anywhere! Shaun in sales was great to deal with as well.
