I am always impressed with the quality of care and professionalism displayed by all staff members. Eric goes above and beyond to care for his patients.
Eric, the dental hygenist, is always so great. He was so patient with my four-year-old son. Eric tried everything he could to make my son less nervous and comfortable.
Everyone is so nice and friendly, no complains.
I felt like there were too many X-rays taken by the first person who sat me down. The person who did my actual cleaning had to finish them properly. That was kind of frustrating, and made my gums sore.
Everyone is very friendly! The hygenist called me back before I even sat down! Very quick yet thorough visit.
I am 17 weeks pregnant and I was hassled to have my X-rays done. I was told that the radiation was not going to harm my unborn child. This is my fourth pregnancy and all of my dental providers before have refused to X-rays until after birth to err on the side of caution. I saw Dr Bishop for the first time for a free consultation and price check for crown/bridge replacement. Not only was I pleased by the reasonableness of his prices, but I was especially impressed by his friendliness and genuine concern for my welfare as he worked out a treatment plan and offered possible solutions for my chronic headache. I appreciated his kind, cheerful dental assistant and the front desk personnel as they discussed payment options. I can see why my husband recommends Genesis Dental to everyone.
Having been without professional dental care for nearly a decade, I was apprehensive about the condition of my teeth. Your staff was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a comfortable and pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
