I have gotten my days mixed up and came a day early and bless everyone's heart they made room for me and are as usual extremely pleasant.
Dr Bishop and his staff worked with me to relieve anxiety about the procedure. I left the office with the needed work completed and feeling good.
My entire visit was extremely pleasant. Emily greeted me with a very friendly, beautiful smile and welcomed me to the office. I no sooner sat down, pulled out my phone to distract me while I waited when Jessica pulled me back. Jessica has always made me feel welcome and is very friendly. Not to mention how well she cleans my teeth- Wow! I always feel like I have a million dollar smile when I leave the office. Then there's Dr. Bishop.. Dr. Bishop and his staff are the best. I would highly recommend them.
I was extremely disappointed and dismayed on my last visit. I have double dental coverage, yet got blind-sided when told about the approx. $1,000 still owed on the account. Even afterward our 6 month check-up, I received an invoice for our portion owed on the 6 month check-up. I thought dental insurance paid 100% for check-ups and cleanings twice a year; however, even with 2 insurances, I still have to pay, doesn't sound quite right to me.
