I had a dental assistant who clearly needed more training. She didn't use any pressure when cleaning my teeth with the brush. When flossing, she only went half way down my teeth and not to the gums. Also, I really missed Eric as my hygienist. The new gal didn't listen when I mentioned my sensitive teeth and was less than gentle when scraping tarter along my gums. Every time a member of my family visits this dental office it is a wonderful experience.
Wouldn't change a thing. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
I already did recommend you to two people cuz you guys are awesome.
Everything was good except when teeth were cleaned, inside of mouth was pinched in gizmo that extracts fluid from mouth 3 times.Never had that happen before.

I am a little confused by the hygienist process. At prior dental offices, the hygienist would do all of the ultra-sonic cleaning and use the hard instruments to finish up the teeth that are in a high saliva area or a hard to reach place. After that was complete, there would be a polishing and then flossing followed up by the dentist exam. The polishing was completed first, followed by flossing - teeth that were tight, we just "skipped" during this process. Now I'm not good at going to dentist or doctors it's been over a year since I've been to the dentist. I would recommend Bishops Dental to anyway they are very friendly, clean and take great care of you. I hate going but Bishops Dental make it a enjoyable time as best as going to the dentist can be
