I requested Dr. Bishop - I did not get Dr. Bishop. This did not make me happy. Luckily, I liked Dr. Sampson.
Everyone involved when I visited was very friendly and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable at my visits and like to tell others about my awesome visits.
I've been going to Dr. Bishop for 10 years now. This is a great office. Very friendly and I've never been made to feel guilty because I don't floss as regularly as I should.
On Septemeber 8th I had one of my wisdom teeth removed by Doctor Bishop, and Jackie Cole. It was the greatest dental experience I have ever had! They both had amazing customer service, and I can tell they are both passionate about their careers. I had confidence in their abilities to perform the extraction, and felt at ease the entire time. Thank you for the wonderful work that all of you at Bishop Dental do!
Quicker action when emergency visit is needed
Do you still offer the free teeth bleach? I forgot to ask for a tube of it.
I really appreciated the Hygenist not blaming my dark spot between my tooth on coffee. My other Hygenist always said it was because I drank coffee I did not appreciate that at all. I drink 1 cup a day and I drank coffee before that darkening started I could not get her to understand that.
I believe I was worked on by Dr. Bishop for the first time. It was a better visit than last time, of course I had a root canal last time. :/ I enjoyed the conversation and encouragement to continue getting my teeth serviced, even though I have historically avoided the dentist at all cost. He and the assistant were very understanding of my reflux problems and tried not to lay me back too far in the chair. This has been a problem for me in the past, so I was very pleased they tried to make me more comfortable.
The little gal that x-rayed my teeth was a real sweetheart, and so was the hygenist!
