very satisfied with everything
We arrived at 6:55am and in the dental chair by 7 am. In 45 minutes all three family members had teeth cleaned, examined thoroughly by the dentist, fluoride treatments, and next appointments scheduled. Kids didn't miss school and mom made it to work in time. I love this place. It's a bonus as well that insurance and billing is handled....you always know cost and coverage without having to call the insurance company. Thanks

I always have a good experience at Genesis Dental. Eric always treats me great and does a great job in cleaning my teeth. The dentists are all very kind and caring and I never feel uncomfortable or nervous in the chair.

As Alexia's guardian it would have been nice to have had the financial options explained to me. I was just handed a piece of paper that said how much I may possible have to pay to have 1 tooth fixed. It was an enormous amount of money for the repair of one tooth. Otherwise your office is very nice and the staff is very good and very friendly! Alexia had a very good experience! I am very happy about that! Thank you!!
My dental hygienist (I forgot her name. Sorry) was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and was very understanding of my time restraint. She also was very gentle with the cleaning and didn't dig into my gums like most hygienists do. I brought my 2 year old daughter with me and the other staff members were so great about keeping her entertained while I had my cleaning done. My husband and my 5 year old son had their cleanings done at the same time as well. I didn't even need to be in the room with my son because he felt so co... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Bishop for over six years now and I've always found his staff to be courteous and professional. They take an interest in their patients and get to know each one individually. I would highly recommend Dr. Bishop's office to anyone.
