I made the appointment to get a painful tooth fixed and they only did the exam and cleaning and told me we had to schedule a different day for the tooth needing work done.
I was very impressed with the nurse and Dr Ceccio (sp?) and their concern and explanations
Front reception ladies can be more friendly and helpful. The dental staff were wonderful.

Jess and Dr. Bishop are awesome! The both have a wonderful bedside manner for some who is a little apprehensive.
I love going to Dr. Bishop. We have been going to Genesis Dental for years now. They are always so friendly, professional, and do a great job. My toddler was sitting on my lap during my cleaning and they were talking with him and letting him watch. After my 3 foot ball of energy toddler decided he wanted to find other things to do they gave him a ball that he got to keep. Very family friendly. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to recommended them.
I felt our visit was a good experience.We have been your loyal patients and have no notion to change. I have recommended several people to your office and hope they take the time to at least try you out. It might be adventitious to your office to have a specialist working at your office at certain times of the week or month. Expanding does not always mean more work just more service and more personnel. That may mean expanding the space which might not be so easy to accomplish. Just a suggestion from Erica van Amerongen
