Great community I just recently moved from out of town, and Jahnisha, along with management, has made my move in process so easy & smooth. The apartments are nice in size and features. Everyone is friendly, and the neighborhood is safe & quiet. Easy access to Downtown Miami and other popular areas as well.

old resident with a new feel! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! I lived here when it was managed by Alan and I have been one of the few if not the only one who is still living here on site. The Property has done a complete 360, it is clean and welcoming . The Manager is the same as when alan had the building but she has always been a doll always very helpful and cheerful. Looking for a home in the upper east side come be my neighbor you will not be disappointed. Tell Them, Yessenia Sent you.

Very Satisfied I am very pleased with the service of the employees here at Biscayne Shores. All are very friendly and sufficient. The property manager Jenny is very helpful when it comes to any issues in my apartment. I love that Jahnisha, the receptionist, is very welcoming and friendly when I walk into the office. All around, I am grateful to be living in Biscayne Shores.
Look and Leased Moving in is really easy as 123! Came from New York on 2/18/18 set up a few meetings to see some apartments. Went to Shorecrest club apartments which are amazing units with a view but the staff lacked character meet Jenny the Community Manager at Biscayne Shores and I officially Moved in on 2/19/18. Home sweet Home Me and my wife moved here a couple of months and man let me tell you it was the best decision we ever made. The property manager jenny was so warm and friendly. She made me laugh with her spunky bold personality. Jahnisha is super helpful she allowed us to call her and text her when ever we had a problem. The whole staff is just friendly. excellent service/ great management I have a lease here for 12 months until 2018 and its only been 4 months this place here is fantastic. I love it here especially the property management jenny she is really great, whenever I have an issue with my unit she is always here to help me. its so clean and a nice place to live, close to many amenities and friendly staff , maintenance here is impeccable and the view here is beautiful. the property here is quite and clean
